For unmarried sons or daughters over 21 years old, the processing time range is 76.5 months, with petitions received until November 15, 2015.

For unmarried sons or daughters over 21 years old filing for permanent residency, the processing time range is 58 months, with petitions received until December 2, 2016. For U.S. citizens filing for married sons or daughters, the estimated processing time range is 107.5 months, with petitions received until October 4, 2012.

Finally, for U.S. citizens filing for brothers or sisters, the processing time range is 79.5 months, with petitions received until October 23, 2012.

Nebraska Service Center Processing Times:
